ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
We accept a wide range of insurance plans that are constantly being updated. Please call our clinic to find out if your insurance plan is accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Clinic hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
WHERE CAN I GET IMMUNIZATIONS COMPLETED?
Immunizations can be completed at your local pharmacy. We can provide you with a prescription for immunizations. We do offer seasonal influenza vaccinations
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Bring photo identification and your insurance card. It is preferable you bring all medications with you.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
Yes, we do offer same day appointments for established patients. Same day appointments for new patients depends on availability.
PRESCRIPTION REFILL REQUESTS?
For prescriptions refills please contact us through the patient portal or call our main number. Please allow us 72 hours for prescription refills.
DOES YOUR CLINIC OFFER LABORATORY SERVICES?
Yes, we do have laboratory services for established patients.
HOW DO I GET TO YOUR CLINIC?
From I5 South: Take exit 101 and turn right onto Tumwater Blvd. At the traffic circle take the first exit onto Littlerock Road. We are located on the right in Big Rock Medical Plaza, building #3.
